Upon successful completion of the Certificate IV in Local Government (Planning), Steve Fernandez was awarded the Outstanding Student Award in the category of Part Time Studies.
Steve was nominated for this award by two of his lecturers for performing at the highest level in the course and for demonstrating “a sound knowledge and understanding of local government processes and systems”.
