Delegation of WAPC Applications for Built Strata Titles

The WA Planning Commission has delegated its power to issue a certificate of approval under Section 25 of the Strata Titles Act to all Local Governments except in certain circumstances. Most built strata applications will now be assessed for planning approval using the same fee structure, timeframes and application forms as currently are required.
